By accessing or using StageChimp.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StageChimp.AI provides AI-powered virtual staging services for real estate professionals. Our Service allows users to upload photos of empty rooms and receive virtually staged images suitable for MLS listings and marketing materials.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Resell or redistribute staged images without proper licensing
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to the Service. StageChimp grants you a license to use the virtually staged images generated by our Service for your real estate marketing purposes.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by StageChimp and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
7. Virtual Staging Disclosure
Users are responsible for complying with MLS rules and regulations regarding virtual staging. Most MLS systems require that virtually staged photos be clearly labeled as such. StageChimp provides optional watermarks to help with compliance, but users are solely responsible for ensuring proper disclosure.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STAGECHIMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
